Haiti May 2012

A few people on our team (not including me) went out teranchula hunting one night.

One of the twins that was born while we were down there.  Its an interesting story.  The mother delivered her child at home and came to the hospital because she wasn't delivering the after birth.  So when the doctor did an internal examine he found there was another baby in there transversely.  So he delivered the baby breach which is very hard.  So that was this woman's eighth and ninth child.  Crazy right?!

Dr. Rudolph kicking around the soccer ball.

this kid was so happy to be up out of the bed and in the wheelchair.

This boy was really sweet he was also really happy to be up in the wheelchair.

Troy built and installed these cabinets for Sheila while we were there.

Delaney and a orphan boy the village takes care of. He is so cute and he knows it too.

This is the group of us that did therapy during the week.

This Girl is soo cute we had a lot of fun trying to teach each other our languages.  When I wasn't feeling good  enough to do therapy I would play with her.  I was 3 months pregnant when we went on this trip.  Besides me getting sick of the food and having a hard time on the car rides.

Supper at Daniel and Wendi's was GREAT!  All my friends enjoyed holding Cyrus. We had a really fun time and played an awesome game of Dutch Blitz.  Hopefully this is a start to a future of couples potlucks!
